Sandor’s Favorite Granola

This tasty snack has been my husband’s favorite breakfast addition for years now. It’s perfect to add on top of yogurt or to just snack on in the middle of the day. It’s totally easy to make and everybody in your family will love it!

1 Step

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Mix together the oats, coconut, almonds, raisins, seeds, and cinnamon in a large bowl or your stand mixer.

2 Step

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Fold them into the dry ingredients.

3 Step

Flatten the granola mixture onto a lined cookie sheet. It should be about a quarter of an inch thick. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

4 Step

Remove from the oven. Let the sheet cool slightly and break up the granola into pieces of desired size. Place the pieces back into the oven for another 10 minutes.
