One of the most popular cookies I make, these oatmeal Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter cookies are easy and delicious.
They’re easy to make gluten free, just substitute 1 cup of flour with 1 cup of gluten free flour and 1 tablespoon of xanthum gum.

Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, rolled oats, baking powder, and salt
In your stand mixer, blend your melted butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla extract and milk together.
Slowly add your flour mixture to the wet ingredients in your stand mixer and blend thoroughly.
Add the peanut butter and chocolate chips to the dough mixture. Beat until well incorporated.
Spoon out 24 equal portions of dough onto a lined cookie sheet. Get a small bowl of cold water to dampen your fingertips and gently flatten each dough mound slightly. Let the dough rest for 8 minutes so the oats can soak up some moisture.
Bake for 12-15 or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.
Let it cool completely and enjoy!
