These mushrooms are a classic side dish for meat and potatoes.  A fan favorite in our house, this dish is super easy to make and packs a heavy punch of flavor.

It’s only 4 ingredients, and the most difficult part of this recipe is cutting all the mushrooms! The perfect side dish for when you want to add a bit of a kick to your every day meal.

Directions

1 Step

In a large frying pan, melt your butter over medium heat. Then add your mushrooms and cook them down until they've released most of their moisture. About 15 minutes.

2 Step

Add the red wine and soy sauce to the pan. Make sure all the mushrooms are evenly distributed. Raise the heat to medium-high and let it simmer until the liquid is reduced by half. About 12 minutes.

3 Step

Spoon this over your standard steak and potatoes dinner for a sharp kick that brightens up the whole meal. Enjoy!
